If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting our Customer Service Department during business hours and within an hour of ordering, Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations outside these times as the order has been made and cannot be canceled… If you pay by credit or debit card, and cancel the order under this section, we will process a refund (if applicable) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it is required to re-appear in your account.

If we supply wrong products that do not match your order or damaged or incorrect, we will offer you a replacement product. In all cases you must return the wrong, damaged or incorrect products and not receive them and return them with the driver of the company

You should take care when handling products. We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred to the products while they are in your possession and after received.
